      b. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer.

    3. Cancellation and Refund
      a. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
      b. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date will be refunded 100%, minus transaction fees.
      d. No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date.
    4. Modifications by the Client
      Changes to the date or type of tour are possible subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

      We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or replace services in case of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
    6. Liability
      The guides of costaricanaturetour.com are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delays, or other inconveniences that occur during the tours. Participants are responsible for their own actions and their safety.
    7. Claims
      Any claim must be submitted in writing within 15 days following the end of the tour.

      These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
